We Ship Via UPS

At Halloweenguru.com, packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Overnight, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Zero Shipping Fees

At Halloweenguru.com, we do not charge any shipping fees. We do charge a one-time handling fee of $7.95 for your entire order. This is to cover the packaging and handling cost. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

RETURNS

At Halloweenguru.com, we offer a full refund on products that are out of stock, do not ship or are defective in any way. Please note we allow upto 30days for returns and all items must be returned in the original packaging with labels intact.

We also offer a hassle free exchange policy for items that are sized wrong. For these items, please return the item in its original packaging with labels intact and indicate the desired size. We will charge you the handling fees for this service.
